Mehal-la Jalifiana Cavalry Kaid

"Kaid" was the name given to the indigenous officer of the Mehal-la. The headdress of these officers was different from those of the Infantry, as the turban was wrapped around a pointed "tarbuch", which gave them a typical appearance.
